Our White Cloud headquarters is approximately 65 miles south via M-37 and US-131, placing Cadillac comfortably within our northern service territory. The direct highway route makes scheduling efficient, and we combine Cadillac projects with other northern Michigan work for optimal crew utilization. Cadillac's central position between the west coast and the interior makes it a natural logistics hub for our northern projects.
Cadillac's inland northern location delivers cold winters with significant snowfall -- over 100 inches in a typical season. The growing season is compressed to roughly mid-May through September, giving natural grass barely four months to establish and recover from winter damage before the cycle repeats.
