Timeline depends on scope. A targeted upgrade like a new patio with adjacent turf typically takes 3 to 5 days. A full backyard renovation with excavation, grading, drainage, turf, hardscape, plantings, and lighting takes 1 to 3 weeks. We provide a detailed timeline during the design phase so you know what to expect. Michigan weather can affect scheduling -- we plan buffer days for rain and adjust proactively.
Yes. If you have an existing design from a landscape architect or designer, we can build from it. We will review the plans, flag any potential issues (drainage, grade, material availability), and provide a build quote based on the design. If you do not have plans, we handle the design process in-house based on your goals, budget, and site conditions.
